BALA ETHIRAJALU

Bala, known affectionately by that name, boasts over 20 years of corporate experience across multiple organizations and geographies. Drawing inspiration from world-renowned coach Tony Robbins, whose training sessions have left a lasting impression on him, Bala embarked on his career in the realm of financial services and governments.

His journey, marked by a blend of people management prowess and sharp business acumen, has been instrumental in driving success in numerous transformational projects within the public sector and BFSI.

One of Bala's standout strengths lies in his ability to pinpoint critical levers and facilitate the upskilling of teams, thereby fostering a culture of commitment and empowerment across organizations he's been a part of this strategic approach has yielded committed teams and played a significant role in the success of many projects.

Driven by a vision to impart his knowledge and shape future leaders, Bala established The Sculptors group, where he serves as the Founder/ Group CEO. Prior to this venture, he spent 12 years as a Partner-Global Delivery head at a UK-based company and held various positions within various financial institutions earlier in his career.

The key areas of Bala’s training are in the areas of Manager-to-Leader transformation, Shattering Stereotypes for Women in Leadership, Fostering Work-Life Symmetry, Transforming career breaks into accelerators, etc.. Additionally, his expertise extends to self-improvement, motivation, and various aspects of personality development, organizational behavior, and productivity enhancement training.

SUSANNE MADSEN

Susanne Madsen is an internationally recognised leadership coach and the award-winning author of The Power of Project Leadership. Now in its 2nd edition, the book has been described as "a must-read for everyone in the project world”. 

Susanne is known for her transformational leadership programmes and has coached hundreds of individuals from high-profile organisations across the globe.

A popular keynote speaker on the topic of leadership, emotional intelligence, stress, team motivation, and personal transformation, she has worked with organisations such as JP Morgan, Citigroup, LEGO, Philips, BAM, and NXP to name just a few.

Susanne's third book, How to do the Inner Work  has been described by Tara Brach as "brimming with insight, inspiration and powerful tools that free us from a lifetime of conditioning". 

Susanne is the co-founder of the Project Leadership Institute  and the founder of Susanne Madsen International Ltd, a UK company governed by English law. She is a fully qualified Corporate and Executive coach, NLP Practitioner, and DISC accredited. Susanne is also a long-standing contributor to the APM and a guest lecturer at the University of Westminster. 

MICHELLE HEAD

Michelle, UN Women UK Delegate to the UN CSW67 & UN CSW68 and STEM Ambassador, having over 25 years experience within IT and Business Change Consulting firms.

Her passion lies in developing client relationships and identifying solutions for those firms within my client base. Michelle is highly self-motivated and thrive on challenge, which in turn enables her to work hard to help clients solve their own IT and business challenges in a pragmatic and honest way.

She works directly with key stakeholders at a number of Investment Banking and Financial Services firms and is very proud to still be solving the challenges of many of the same clients that she was, 20 years ago.

With over three decades in executive roles, Vijay has wielded his expertise as a strategic advisor across numerous tech boards. His leadership journey includes influential stints at Hewlett Packard, TCS, Wipro, Medtronic, Quess, and Collabera Digital, where he championed innovation, growth strategies, and transformative change, shaping the next generation of leaders. 

Vijay is renowned for his adeptness in harnessing technology to drive business triumphs, seamlessly transitioning from nurturing nascent ventures to steering established enterprises towards sustainable growth and operational excellence. His track record boasts transforming startups into multimillion-dollar ventures and orchestrating revenue scales exceeding $2 billion across North America, Europe, UK, India, and SE-Asia.

With over 12 years of experience in Sales & Management as well as Delivery for various industries Agata is now shaping the future of Agile Sales in Sii Poland. Here, for over 5 years she has been building the organisations visibility in the Financial IT Sector.

Being responsible for an IT unit of nearly 400 colleagues, she believes that change is the only constant. Having experience also in Marketing, BPO and Entertainment Agata always look at a bigger picture, delivering tailor-made solutions rather than those off the shelf.
