Many parents either start exposing kids to screens too early or are too afraid to start because of the negative impact. Starting at the right age and right way, is crucial.
There are some simple rules and guidelines and once you follow them from the start, screen time will never be a problem!
We all make mistakes and if we feel our child is over exposed to screens, it is never too late to bring in the change. Some tricks and tips and tried and tested methods will help you bring in the mindfulness.
Meals are crucial to overall health and development of the child and distraction feeding definitely interferes with their normal eating pattern. Hence it is important to make meals distraction free. This topic will be covered in detail too!
