"Firstly, it has helped in calming my thoughts down, because most of the time when I’m facing a situation that triggers me, I get very impulsive, so the breathing techniques and being mindful at times really plays a crucial role.
Secondly, it has taught me to identify a specific stressor i.e. what is causing or triggering a stressful feeling, this helps in targeting a particular feeling to focus on, and try to regulate it.
And when you know the stressors you need to pay special attention to, you learn how to set priorities and boundaries, if the stressor is internal, you learn how to regulate your mind, and if the stressor is external, you distance yourself or set boundaries.
Also, I have taken professional help in the past, and the techniques mentioned in the module itself, are some of the things we learn to practice in therapy. It also focuses on eliminating the faulty (negative) behaviours and patterns."

Meet Your Mentor

Certified Child &  Young Adult Wellness Mentor
As a mentor, I believe parenting is not just about raising children—it's about evolving with them, understanding their emotional and mental worlds, and creating environments where they thrive holistically.
My name is Srishti Mukherjee, and I guide parents to build emotionally intelligent, confident, and secure children by equipping them with practical strategies, neuroscience-backed models, and compassionate communication tools. With years of experience in the educational and developmental psychology space, I blend academic insight with real-world parental challenges to provide mentorship that is both heart-driven and results-oriented.
I am here to walk beside you—not ahead of you—as we navigate the unpredictable, beautiful terrain of parenting. I understand the pressure modern parents face: peer comparison, academic pressure, digital distractions, and the constant worry about whether they are doing enough or doing it right. That's where I step in—not to give you textbook theories, but to give you frameworks that fit your family, your child, and your emotional reality.
Whether it’s handling examination stress, peer pressure, screen addiction, or low self-esteem in children—I provide customized mentoring sessions, worksheets, and hands-on guidance that empower parents to be the emotionally intelligent leaders their children need. My goal is not to create perfect parents. My goal is to help you become a more mindful, confident, and empowered version of yourself—because when you thrive, your child does too.
Together, we don’t chase perfection. We build connection. We don't suppress emotions; we explore and guide them. My commitment is to help you raise not just high-achieving kids—but happy, self-assured, and emotionally resilient individuals.
Join me on this journey of conscious parenting. Let’s move beyond survival and into thriving—together.

FAQs

Who is this course for?

This course is for parents who want to better understand their child’s emotions, behavior, and developmental needs. Whether you're a new parent, struggling with teenage mood swings, or just want to build a stronger bond with your child—this is for you.

What age group of children does this course focus on?

The strategies I share are adaptable for children aged 3 to 17 years. I cover developmental needs across early childhood to adolescence using models like Attachment Theory and emotional regulation.

Will this course help me with tantrums and behavioral issues?

Absolutely. One of the main focuses of this course is to help you understand why children act out, and give you calm, consistent ways to respond that build connection—not conflict.

I already read parenting books. How is this course different?

Books give information. This course offers transformation. I walk with you through live guidance, relatable examples, emotional tools, and practical daily rituals that actually work with your child’s behavior and mindset.

Can both parents join the course?

Absolutely! In fact, I encourage it. When both parents understand the same language of parenting, children receive more consistent and secure emotional support.

Do I have lifetime access to this course material?
Yes, you have lifetime access to these lectures and everything else that I will be sharing.
